VWR has made a recent change to the Web Portal which will send a PO to the Web Portal even when the PO is called into or emailed to a supplier. It is called a “Confirming Order” and will have the notation “Confirmation For A Previously Communicated Order, Do not Duplicate”. This will allow each supplier to complete the return transactions of Purchase Order Acknowledgement (POA), Advance Ship Notice (ASN) and Invoice.
